张刚,男,博士。现任北京大学信息科学技术学院研究员,博士生导师,百人计划学者。

教育及工作经历:

 

1998年7月清华大学物理系,获理学学士学位。

2002年7月清华大学高等研究中心,获理学博士学位。

2002年11月至2004年12月新加坡国立大学物理系,博士后研究员。

2005年1月至2006年11月斯坦福大学化学工程系,博士后研究员。

2006年12月至2010年2月新加坡微电子研究院,高级研究工程师。

2010年3月至今北京大学信息科学技术学院,研究员,博士生导师。

社会兼职:

1. 纳米体系中的能量传输与转换。

2. 热电材料:热电制冷及余热发电。

3. 纳米电子学:低维体系中的电子输运。

4. 节能半导体照明技术。
