刘河生,昌平实验室首席科学家,北京大学生物医学前沿创新中心教授。
刘河生教授团队致力于研究个体化脑功能。曾任哈佛大学附属麻省总医院 Martinos 中心人脑个体差异实验室主任,美国南卡罗莱纳医科大学终身正教授,SmartState讲席教授,南卡罗莱纳医科大学脑影像计算中心主任、生物医学成像中心副主任。长期从事脑功能成像研究,是国际上把功能核磁推向临床应用的最主要贡献者之一。在国际上最早绘制出了脑功能个体差异图谱,并在此基础上研发了个体化脑功能区剖分技术,被认为是神经影像的一个转折点;他在Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, PNAS 等神经科学顶级期刊发表100多篇论文,总引用次数17000多次。

研究方向:
刘河生教授实验室长期从事脑功能成像研究,致力于将脑功能成像技术推向重大脑疾病的临床应用。研究方向包括 (1)个体上的大脑功能区的精准剖分。发展可靠、精准的个体化脑功能区剖分技术,研究大脑的社会认知、情感、记忆、语言等基础认知功能;(2)重大脑疾病的临床转化研究。基于个体化脑成像分析技术识别神经精神以及儿童发育,如情绪障碍、孤独症、卒中、帕金森等脑疾病的生物学标记物,优化患者的治疗和康复;(3)重大脑疾病的临床干预的技术研发。发展新型功能成像技术、无创的神经调控技术等,以实现对患者的精准有效的干预。
